The Northern Frontier Foundation (NFF) is the vision of Dean Pradal, who has funded the Foundation as its principal philanthropist. Dean has assembled a Board of Directors with similar vision and long-term commitment to encourage the betterment of society and local communities in need.
The Northern Frontier Foundation is committed to partnering with organisations and charities who support families and communities across Far North Queensland. We also appreciate our partnerships with local businesses who share our vision for giving back to the community. Our focus is on empowerment, helping local residents create better lives for themselves and, in turn, their communities.
Whether it’s the amazing volunteers at the Salvation Army or cyclists raising funds in the Cardiac Challenge, we are proud to support locals doing remarkable things to help others. We have pledged funds to a wide cross-section of individuals and non-profit organisations to support and enhance their charitable work, including the FNQ Hospital Foundation, COUCH, Spinal Life Australia and many more.
To continue the long-standing support previously provided by the Board in their individual capacities, the Northern Frontier Foundation will support institutions and charities such as Cairns Hospital, Far Northern region schools, the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation, the Cardiac Challenge, Race to the Top charity run and cancer research.
